Welcome to Third Coast Designs! By shopping with us, you're agreeing to the following fun-but-legally-necessary terms:

1. Orders & Fulfillment
   All items are made to order. Processing time is typically 2–4 business days before shipment. Rush orders may be available—email us first!

2. Shipping
   We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery time is out of our hands once your package hits the road, but we'll help with tracking or lost packages when possible.

3. Returns/Exchanges
   See our full Return Policy above. Custom orders are not refundable unless there's a defect.

4. Usage of Designs
   All artwork is owned by Third Coast Designs. Don’t steal our stuff—we worked hard on it.

5. Refusal of Service
   We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if necessary (like if someone is being a real Karen).

6. Modifications
   We can update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here. Keep it cute, read the fine print.
