At Third Coast Designs, everything is made with sass, love, and a heat press. 🖤 That means your item is custom-made just for you! While we don’t offer full refunds for change-of-mind purchases, we do want you to be 100% happy with your order.

🔁 Exchanges & Store Credit:

• We accept exchanges for size issues within 7 days of delivery.

• Buyer covers return shipping unless the issue is on us.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unwrinkled from a 3-hour Target run.

⚠️ Quality Issues? We Got You:

• If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has any defects, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

• We’ll replace the item or issue store credit.

• Just email us at [your email here] with a photo and order number.

❌ We Can’t Accept Returns For:

• Custom/personalized items unless damaged

• Sale items or mystery grab bags (those are a gamble and a thrill)
